From 1 October 2026, Stake Peru runs on Stake's own global platform. You get the same Stake experience as players everywhere else, with new games, features and improvements as soon as they launch. Stake Peru remains authorised and supervised by MINCETUR, and your funds stay protected in exactly the same way.
Setting up your new account
From 1 October 2026, go to stake.pe, create your account, verify your identity and accept the new terms.
Verification is required for everyone. Peruvian regulation requires identity verification before anyone can play. We verify everyone fresh on the new platform instead of copying old records across, as this is the safest way to protect your identity.
Use the same document. Have your DNI or Carné de Extranjería ready and use the same document you used on the current platform. This is how we recognise you and bring your VIP level and account details across.
Your balance
Your balance is safe and it stays yours. It is not moved automatically and remains in your current account.
Withdraw from retira.stake.pe at any time until 30 December 2026 using your usual withdrawal methods. Log in with your existing username and password. No new registration is needed here.
Deposit on the new platform whenever you like once your new account is set up.
After 30 December 2026, your money is still yours. It is held safely in Stake Peru's account and you can claim it at any time by contacting our customer support team. There is no deadline after which it is lost.
Note: Please do not leave withdrawals to the last day, as they may take a few days to reach your account.
The current platform after 1 October 2026
Until 1 October 2026, everything works as normal at stake.pe. From 1 October 2026, the current platform is available at retira.stake.pe in withdraw-only mode.
You can log in, see your balance and history, and withdraw.
You cannot deposit or place bets.
Open bets that are still unsettled on 1 October 2026 are voided and the funds are returned to your wallet on the current platform.
VIP level, bonuses and responsible gambling settings
VIP level - Your VIP level comes with you. It is applied to your new account once your identity is verified with the same DNI or Carné de Extranjería. If it is not showing, contact our customer support team.
Bonuses and promotions - Bonus funds and promotions with unmet wagering requirements cannot be transferred between platforms. Use them before 1 October 2026, as they expire when the current site becomes withdraw-only. Your real-money balance is not affected.
Responsible gambling settings - Your settings carry across immediately. If you have self-excluded, either with Stake Peru or on the MINCETUR national register, that exclusion is honoured on the new platform from day one.
Your betting and transaction history
Your full betting and transaction history stays available to view at retira.stake.pe until 30 December 2026. After that, we keep every record. You can request a downloadable statement from our customer support team at any time, including reports that combine your old and new accounts.
The Stake app
If you use one of our apps, you will need to take action.
Android - The current app cannot connect to the new platform. Delete it and download the new Stake app from stake.pe from 1 October 2026.
iOS - From 1 October 2026, the current app opens in withdraw-only mode, so you can still withdraw your balance from it. To keep playing on iOS, update the app through the App Store.
Huawei - The Huawei app is being retired. You can keep using Stake on your Huawei device through your browser at stake.pe. Add it to your home screen for one-tap access.
